Please let us know your deadline when you request a quote and we will do our best to project a timeframe so your project will get completed in time!

Can you help me with the design part of my job?
Yes, our team of graphic designers are able to work especially with you to create pristine logos and/or designs.
​What options are available for receiving my job?
If you’re unable to pick-up your job, contact our friendly staff to discuss alternative options that are more suitable. Options may include delivery to local businesses in the Inverell community or postage to addresses outside of our district
​Will there be a rush fee if my job needs to be done ASAP?
We like to accommodate to every business and their urgency for necessities, if your job requires a large amount of attention in a short period of time compared to the standard timeframe we may need to place a rush fee. Please get in contact with our sales team to discuss more about your future project!

What file type would you prefer to work with?
We prefer high quality file types such as the following:
- Pdf
- Vectors
- High resolution images

But we will do our best to work with what you have!
will i be able to see a preview of my project before it gets sent to production?
Yes, absolutely! Our process starts with sending you a quote and once it has been accepted the designer assigned to your project will commence the artwork stage, the designer will contact you with an attached file of your projects artwork. If you request changes the designer will continue to redesign and send you artwork drafts. If you're happy with the artwork and you have approved it, the designer will need to make minor adjustments for production requirements, take note that this won't effect your artworks appearance.
